We take great pride in offering our customers exemplary service as well as total satisfaction with their purchase. However, should you wish to return or exchange an item, please note the following terms and conditions for phone orders or online purchases.
Stock availability
If for any reason we are unable to supply you the product you have selected and purchased online, we will contact you by phone or email and either offer you an appropriate alternative or refund your entire purchase price without delay.

Exchange policy
If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, we will refund you the purchase price of the item, excluding the delivery cost, subject to the following terms and conditions:
· Notify us of the return by email at customerservice@mandarino.com.au or by calling us on 03 9500 2422 within 3 days of receiving your purchase. Please quote your name and invoice number so that we can provide you with a return authorization code.
· Return items must be in unworn and unused condition complete with all tags and original packaging and returned within 10 days of receipt of your delivery.
· Refunds will be credited back to the original purchasing credit card upon satisfactory return of goods to us.
Please note that these conditions will be strictly adhered to. The customer is responsible for any postage/delivery charges on return items. We strongly recommend registered post or express post bags that include tracking numbers be used for return items as we cannot assume any liability for items lost in the post.
If in the event you are sent the wrong item or an item that is damaged please notify us as per the above procedure and we will either replace it or refund you the purchase price along with postage/delivery costs both ways.
